TRAILING ARM SHIM (2MM - BLUE)

Our reproduction trailing arm bolt shims were manufactured using the factory drawing to the same size and specification for not only dimensions, but also the "safety critical" specified hardening and tempering processes. Stainless versions, especially ones thinner than the minimum factory specification of 2mm, may be more susceptible to deformation. Once deformation occurs, it is possible to see the shim become dislodged.

For added adjustment, we have also created a 3mm shim to the factory-designed shape and the "safety critical" specified hardening and tempering processes. When used with the 2mm shims, they offer a wider range of adjustability, without resorting to thinner than specified shims. Both the 2mm and 3mm shims are marked with the thickness and plated in different colors for quick and easy identification both loose and installed in the car.
