The Fuel Accumulator keeps the system under pressure when the pump is not running. The most common symptom of failure is a "hot start" problem - check out the Knowledgebase article for more details.
Ours are brand new from the original supplier to DeLorean Motor Company - your hot start problem is annoying enough and replacement is no fun, why take a chance on a questionable aftermarket part?
