Created from the original drawings and extensively tested for superior fit, this 4mm thick silicone automatic transmission fluid pan gasket is available only from DeLorean Motor Company - basically, if you see a silicone automatic transmission pan gasket anywhere else, it's not a DMC part!
Comes complete with:
- (1) 103516A Silicone Automatic Transmission Pan Gasket
- (13) M7 Bolts
- (13) Concave M7 Washers
Silicone Gasket installation notes:
Assemble the new gasket to clean mounting surfaces on the pan and transmission case using no adhesives, form-in-place gaskets, etc. as the gasket goes on dry.
Torque transmission pan bolts to 30 in-Ibs upon reassembly.
The gasket performs best when the transmission is refilled and the car is started up and allowed to heat-cycle immediately after installation, otherwise minor seepage may occur.
