Our previous version of this part was a good quality, stainless steel, part but when it came time to re-order we wanted to step it up and make it best part it it could be. This meant actually stamping the part with the reinforced area to give it maximum strength - just like the factory parts were stamped. It's still stainless steel replacement where the factory parts were carbon steel factory and still has twice as many mounting points for added security!
Of course, it still comes complete with the correct ribbed rivets (required for a good secure fit in the fiberglass underbody) and cage nut as shown - no other parts necessary to buy.
