A DeLorean seat cushion - the part you sit on - should be firm and supportive. If your seat cushion feels like you're sitting on a toilet seat - firm around the outside but no support in the middle - it's very likely that the bottom reinforcement has split. Originals were made of burlap encapsulated in rubber and after more than four decades, we're seeing more and more blowouts of these parts. Comes with illustrated instructions!
If your seat foams have seen better days or your frames are rusted or otherwise damaged, we have new reproduction foam and NOS (New Original Stock) seat back and bottom frames available! Contact us for more details!
