Lots of places use our DeLorean part numbers as identifiers for their "cross-reference" or "copycat" parts, creating confusion in the marketplace. This 
New Original Stock, or NOS, part traces its origins back to 1982, when the DeLorean factory closed. In some cases, the part has traveled from the original supplier in the US to Dunmurry before making it's way to Ohio and finally Texas!
Talk about confusing! How about LH and RH in regards to the engine, which is turned around backwards from "normal'. Just remember that as you are facing the engine as installed in the DeLorean, on your left side are cylinders 4-5-6 and on your right side are cylinders 1-2-3.
