part was designated “Safety Critical” by the factory. As a result, this part required special materials, and records of inspection were required to demonstrate supplier compliance with design requirements. This DeLorean part meets or exceeds those requirements per factory documentation.
If a DeLorean torsion bar snaps and no one is around to hear it, does it still make a sound? You bet it does! If you've ever been in a DeLorean when one of these breaks over your head, you'd think someone must've dropped a cinder block on the roof. It's that loud. For the passenger side, we do have New Original Stock (NOS) ones available, and odds are they'll last just as long as your original one did.
